If you run a digital agency, a freelance consultancy, or an f-commerce enablement shop in Bangladesh, you've probably already been asked to "just set up WhatsApp for us" by a client. A white-label WhatsApp CRM is what turns that one-off favour into something you can actually sell, repeatedly, under your own name.
Not a reskin with your logo pasted over someone else's. A proper white-label setup means your client sees your brand end to end — the login screen, the inbox, the invoice — while you're running Bondhu CRM underneath as the engine. They never need to know, or care, what powers it.
A white-label deal where the underlying vendor dictates what you charge isn't really white-label — it's a referral fee with extra steps. You should be able to price by client size, bundle it with other services, or fold it into a retainer.
Ask this before you sign, not after a client leaves. If a client's data and account are portable to a different reseller, or back to them directly, that's a sign the vendor isn't trying to trap you inside the arrangement either.
Some white-label programs mean you're now the entire support desk for every client, with no escalation path. Know which one you're signing up for before your first client has a WhatsApp Business API verification problem at 9pm.
A white-label product is a bet that the underlying vendor stays reliable and stays out of your way. Check both before you put your name on it.
WhatsApp automation is still a genuinely new ask for most small Bangladeshi businesses — the agencies and consultants who can explain it, set it up, and support it in Bangla have very little real competition right now. That's a narrower window than it looks.
White-label pricing, your own branding, and support that doesn't disappear the moment a client has a real problem.
