Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Every entry is written to your phone's local storage first and is readable immediately, with or without a connection. Syncing to the cloud happens in the background whenever a network is available. You can record an entire day's business in airplane mode.

Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. There are six role levels — owner, co-owner, manager, supervisor, staff and viewer. A staff member can record sales without seeing total profit or the customer credit book. You invite people by phone number and the invitation is claimed automatically when they log in.
Can I use it for personal money instead of a business?
Yes. Set the profile to personal mode and the business-only sections — invoices, product management, staff — disappear. You keep income, expenses, debts and investments. You can run a business profile and a personal profile from the same account.
Will a bank accept the reports?
HisabKitab prints a conventional trading account, profit & loss account and balance statement laid out for paper, not for a screen. Bangla renders correctly in print, which most PDF tools get wrong. Whether a specific bank accepts self-prepared accounts is their policy, but the format is the one they expect.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, and you can export everything at any time in a format you can open in a spreadsheet.
